1. Shipping Information
We work swiftly to get your Christmas cheer on its way! Hereโs how we deliver your orders:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are lovingly hand-packed by our elves and dispatched from our workshop within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships. Perfect for when you need your festive supplies a little quicker!
- Free Shipping (EMS): For all orders over $50! Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipping. A great option for planning ahead!
- Shipping Areas: We ship our Christmas joy globally! (Please note: Deliveries to some parts of Asia and certain remote regions are unfortunately not available).
2. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If an item isn’t perfect, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to send an item back to our workshop:
- Contact Our Elves: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You can use our handy template below!
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the Returns Authorization Number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address we provide.
- Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Christmas Baking Supplies & Christmas Cookie Boxes: All food-related items are final sale.
- Christmas Party Games that have been opened or used.
- Christmas Gift Bags & Supplies that have been obviously used, written on, or damaged after delivery.
- Christmas Cards that have been written in or personalized.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
6. Refund Timelines and Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The funds typically appear in your PayPal account immediately.
